Where to Find Every Pro Feature

MediaShield Pro does not add a second menu. Its screens appear inside the MediaShield menu and in the settings and edit screens you already use. This page is a map. Each row links to the guide for that screen.
Before you start#
- Install and activate both plugins (Install MediaShield Pro).
- You need the Administrator role. Every Pro screen requires the
manage_optionscapability. - Where a screen is hidden until something exists (for example, Video Ad Defaults needs WB Ad Manager), the table says so.
The MediaShield menu#
Open MediaShield in the WordPress admin. The left-hand list inside the page holds these Pro entries, in this order, between Tags/Milestones and Settings.

Settings screen additions#
Under MediaShield > Settings Pro adds:
- Pro Watermark card: see Advanced Watermark.
- Upload & Storage card (only when a platform is connected): the default upload target. See Upload Queue and Default Upload Target.
- LMS Integration card (only when LearnDash, Tutor LMS or LifterLMS is active): see LMS Integration.
Video edit screen additions#
Open any video under Videos. Pro adds these boxes:
