Views, sessions and completion for every video and every member, in the free plugin. Pro shows where people stop watching.
The dashboard shows views, sessions and average completion, with a drill-down for each video and each member. Milestones are logged at 25, 50, 75 and 100 percent watched for logged-in viewers, and each one fires a hook a developer can build on. Watch history is kept unless you choose to archive it, and GDPR export and erasure cover it.
Open MediaShield > Dashboard for the overview, Viewers for one member's history, and a video for its own numbers. In Pro, Heatmaps shows the drop-off chart for any video, Realtime shows who is watching now, and a weekly summary arrives by email.
Milestones do not fire for guests, and every guest is recorded as one anonymous viewer, so there is no per-person history for them. Unusual-viewing detection in Pro flags sessions on a screen and counts them in the weekly email; it does not send an alert. Free has no export screen.
Free has views, sessions, completion and the milestone log.
