How to export watch data in MediaShield Pro. A CSV, a PDF report and a weekly digest.
Your numbers need to reach your inbox and your spreadsheets. With Pro, export watch data as a CSV, build a PDF report for any period, and get a weekly digest every Monday. You need MediaShield Pro. It takes about a minute. It shows steps three and four of the full video, Follow up with engaged students and report. Step three. Export a CSV. In Export, CSV Export downloads watch data as a spreadsheet. Data Type is Watch Sessions, Milestones, or Users with watch stats. From Date and To Date narrow it. Then click Download CSV. Step four. Get a PDF and a weekly digest. PDF Report builds a full analytics report for the period you choose, in the background. Weekly Digest emails a summary every Monday, with views, completions and your top videos. Switch it on, and leave the recipient empty to use your admin email.
