How to set up milestone actions in MediaShield Pro. Tag, email or notify another app when a student reaches a milestone.
Students who reach the end of a video are ready for your next offer. With Pro, a milestone can tag the viewer, send an email or call a webhook, so the follow up happens by itself. You need MediaShield Pro. It takes about a minute. It shows steps one and two of the full video, Follow up with engaged students and report. Step one. Open Milestone Actions. In MediaShield, open Milestone Actions. There is a card for each milestone, twenty five, fifty, seventy five and a hundred percent. Every milestone starts Disabled, so nothing happens until you turn one on. Step two. Choose what happens. Turn a milestone on, and you choose an action. It can add a tag to the viewer, send an email, or call a webhook to tell another app. When you are done, click Save Milestone Actions. Follow up at the right moment.
