Export has CSV Export (Watch Sessions, Milestones, Users with watch stats, From Date, To Date), PDF Report by period, and a Weekly Digest email every Monday with Send Test Digest Now. You want to reach the students who care, and to report without logging in. In this video you will act when a student reaches a milestone, export watch data as a spreadsheet, and set up a PDF report and a weekly email. You need MediaShield Pro. It takes about four minutes. There are four steps. Open Milestone Actions. Choose what happens. Export a CSV. Then get a PDF and a weekly digest. Step one. Open Milestone Actions. In MediaShield, open Milestone Actions. There is a card for each milestone, twenty five, fifty, seventy five and a hundred percent. Every milestone starts Disabled, so nothing happens until you turn one on. Step two. Choose what happens. Turn a milestone on, and you choose an action. It can add a tag to the viewer, send an email, or call a webhook to tell another app. When you are done, click Save Milestone Actions. Step three. Export a CSV. In Export, CSV Export downloads watch data as a spreadsheet. Data Type is Watch Sessions, Milestones, or Users with watch stats. From Date and To Date narrow it. Then click Download CSV. Step four. Get a PDF and a weekly digest. PDF Report builds a full analytics report for the period you choose, in the background. Weekly Digest emails a summary every Monday, with views, completions and your top videos. Switch it on, and leave the recipient empty to use your admin email. Send Test Digest Now sends one to check it. That is all four. Milestone Actions opened, an action chosen, a CSV exported, and a PDF and weekly digest set up.
